Group Fitness Classes

All group fitness classes include equipment (weights, spin bikes, yoga mats, ripstixs, etc.), audio/visual, attendee fitness towels, sanitation supplies, professional and general liability insurance, attendee waivers, a CPR certified instructor, a nationally accredited certification and/or certification in the particular field of practice (i.e yoga, Zumba, pound) and a 1- hour group fitness class.

Each class can be done inside or outdoor; however, space specifications and size restrictions vary from class to class. See descriptions and details below:

Rhythmic Spin:
This fun and energetic ride focuses on riding to the rhythm and beat of the music. Dance and music drive every pedal stroke and intentional body movement to maximize workouts. The rhythm brings the class together allowing for all skill levels to enjoy.

Interval Training/Boot camp:
This class is comprised of a variety of stations that focus on cardio movements, body resistance, and muscle conditioning. Movements are high intensity and fast paced for maximum caloric burn, driven by motivational music!

A full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, strength movements, plyometric, and isometric poses. Through continual body motion using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, called Ripstix, you’ll turn into a calorie torching drummer, POUNDing off pounds as each song flies by!  Attendees are encouraged to #makenoise and let their inner rock star shine!

Yoga Flow
Flow is a class where each movement is synchronized to the breath. Yoga poses run together and become like a dance to increase flexibility and muscle strength.

This amped up Pilates class combines resistance, lengthening, strength training and cardio, helping you to feel better than ever! (without the use of reformers)

This class takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Kickboxing is a full-body workout that includes movements inspired by martial arts, such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches.  This class is high energy with heart pounding music and a lot of cardio.

Group Led Hikes, Runs or Urban Walking Tours
Great activities for conferences!  Attendees are tiered of the typical 5k walk/run; but are begging to get outdoors for some fresh air and to see the beautiful destination they came to.  Our staff caters customized hikes, runs and urban walking tours for various California destinations.  See beautiful skylines, breathtaking views of the ocean, and learn about some of the history and culture of your conference city.
